Personal Coaching

Personalised guidance, built into TWINDO One

With TWINDO Check and TWINDO Progress, you’ll receive daily advice that adapts to your progress, plus my personal guidance on top of that. As a certified sports nutrition coach, I’ll provide feedback on what’s actually happening, motivate you and help you overcome any obstacles.

Sustainable behavioural change

From knowledge to action: adopt achievable eating habits that fit in with your lifestyle and training schedule.

Independence and trust

Develop the knowledge and skills you need to make the right choices yourself, whether at home, in training or during matches.

Lasting results

Achieve and maintain your goals through personalised support, motivation and accountability.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You keep track of what you eat, but you’re not sure if it’s enough to help you achieve your goal
  • You’re adjusting your diet, but you can’t tell if it’s working
  • You want to make a structural change, but you’re lacking someone to bounce ideas off
  • You’ve been given advice before, but no one ever follows it

An app tracks your progress. Coaching helps you stay on track.

How the coaching works

Coaching is not a standalone product, but is included in your TWINDO Check or TWINDO Progress subscription. The coaching approach varies depending on your subscription. You can find all the information about the app’s features, such as the dashboard and daily counter, on the TWINDO One product page. The following section deals purely with the support itself.

TWINDO Check: Personalised feedback on your progress every four weeks, all via the app. Ready to use straight away – no need for a meeting.

TWINDO Progress: the same feedback, plus a fortnightly coaching session (by phone or online) and a detailed report sent by email. That session gives you something that a message simply cannot:

  • You can ask further questions straight away. You discuss the reasoning behind a pattern, not just the advice itself.
  • Tailored advice, in real time. I tailor it to whatever’s going on in your life or training programme at the time.
  • A conversation leaves a lasting impression. You’re being listened to, not just read. That has an impact on your motivation.
  • No need to wait for weeks. You should discuss any doubts or setbacks straight away, rather than carrying them around with you for weeks on end.

Why a coach makes all the difference

Insight alone doesn’t change anyone. What works is someone who understands the figures, asks why, and gives advice that suits your sport and your life.

  • I interpret; I do not simply repeat. Not a summary of your own dashboard, but an explanation of what it means.
  • I’ll join in with your sport. From my own experience in competitive sport, I know where theory falls short in practice.
  • I work in an evidence-based way. No hype or sales pitches, just well-founded choices.
  • I’ll stay involved. With every cycle, I make adjustments based on what has changed.

What athletes say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘I felt great the whole time during the race. No hunger, no thirst, no slumps. Just kept running steadily to the finish line. Two hours and twenty-five minutes – much better than I’d dared to hope for on my first attempt!’ – Sandra, 29, runner

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘We’ve also adjusted my overall diet. More protein spread throughout the day and better timing of carbohydrates. Not only do I feel stronger during training, but I also recover much faster between sessions.’ – Marieke, 43, fitness enthusiast
