Why every day is different

On a rest day, you mainly use energy for your body and your daily activities. On a training day, your training is added to that, and this can make a difference of hundreds of kilocalories. If you eat the same thing every day, you’ll be eating too little on intense days and too much on lighter days. You’ll notice this in your energy levels during exercise, in your recovery and, in the long run, in your weight.
