Coaching

As well as one-off sports nutrition advice, I offer personal coaching for those who want ongoing support. The perfect follow-up to Sports Nutrition Advice! Ideal for athletes who want to make a radical change to their diet.

Throughout the coaching programme, I’ll be in regular contact with you via phone calls, text messages or email. I’ll help you overcome obstacles, tailor my advice to your needs and keep you motivated. You decide how long the programme lasts, but I recommend six sessions spread over three months to ensure lasting change.

Support

I offer free support for quick questions about sports nutrition. These might cover topics such as your basic diet, sport-specific nutrition and supplements. Other sports nutrition-related questions are also welcome.
