Lectures

I deliver presentations on sports nutrition, either online or on-site. Perfect for sports clubs looking to inform and inspire their members. 

I offer both short sessions and more in-depth presentations, tailored to your sport and level. I adapt the content to suit your wishes and needs.

Workshops

I run interactive workshops on sports nutrition at your venue. Perfect for sports clubs that want to actively introduce their members to nutritional knowledge.

Participants will get hands-on: calculating calorie requirements, comparing nutrition labels, planning pre- and post-workout meals, or putting together a competition-day menu. I’ll tailor the content to your specific sport and level.

The number of participants per workshop is limited to a maximum of 10 people. This allows me to offer everyone personalised guidance and ensures there is plenty of opportunity for interaction and for addressing their specific questions.

Learning by doing, so that everyone goes home with the practical skills they need to optimise their sports nutrition!
